The SLG 108 is our largest screener model, specifically designed for use with full-size equipment. With an impressive hourly production capacity of 30 to 60 yards per hour, this screener is built to handle large-scale operations with ease. It is compatible with buckets ranging from 84 to 108 inches, providing flexibility for various equipment sizes.

TILTING SCREEN DECK
- The ability to adjust the screen deck slope while screening is a key factor in increasing efficiency and boosting hourly production. The SLG 108 offers adjustable positions to accommodate different materials and moisture levels, ensuring optimal performance in all soil conditions—whether wet, dry, sandy, rocky, or even frozen.
CANTILEVERED SPRING SUSPENSION SYSTEM
- The Cantilevered Spring Suspension System is designed to be virtually maintenance-free, requiring attention to just two grease points per shift. This advanced system utilizes leaf springs, Z springs, and UHMW bushings to keep the suspension tubes and coils separate, eliminating the need for lubrication. With less time spent on maintenance, you can focus more on screening, leading to increased production and profitability.

- The SLG 108 screener can be easily moved around the job site using just the bucket of your machine, thanks to our SLG 108 Bucket Transport Lugs. RISER BOX
- The Riser Box features a galvanized finish, making it highly resistant to corrosion. This is especially important since the riser often sits covered in soil and rock when the screener is not in use. The galvanized finish ensures the metal is well-protected from these harsh elements.
- When the screener is elevated on the Riser Box, it increases the storage capacity for screened material to about 5 yards on each side, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- The Riser Box itself weighs 1200 lbs, providing a sturdy and durable base for your screener.

- We offer a wide range of mesh that are quick and easily changed.The ability to install large and small high quality mesh makes DeSite SLG Screeners a time saver and money maker. We offer both square and elongated mesh pattern in a double lock crimp weave. Our double lock weave puts two crimps in each wire as they intersect, This creates a strong weave and a stronger, more stable mesh.
